Joe Callaghan, the president of Fahl Homes, purchased Fahl Manufactured Homes, Inc. in 1989. At that time, Fahl Homes sold mostly singlewide homes for land-lease and mobile home communities. As time went on and business grew, Fahl Homes started to sell more homes designed for use on private properties and begun adding basements or crawlspaces into their packages as well as attached garages, wells, septics, etc. As the business continued to expand, new market trends lead Fahl Homes to start selling state-code approved homes (modulars) and HUD approved homes as well as singlewides. No matter what type of home you are looking to build, Fahl Homes is your expert retailer and carry homes from many different builders including Dutch Housing and Commander Housing.

We finance our homes with USDA, FHA, VA and conventional type financing.

We also have in-house applications with FREE preapproval.

We also offer NO MONEY down programs through our USDA financing.
