Champion Homes is a national company with excellent service and warranties. All of our homes include brand name appliances, furnaces, carpets, linoleum, countertops, siding & shingles.

Our homes are built inside of a controlled environment and delivered to your home site and assembled in a timely fashion. This protects your building materials from any harsh weather conditions.

Commander Housing

Commander Housing is located in Topeka, Indiana at the Champion Home Builders, Inc. facility. This Amish Community is home to some of the finest craftsman in the world. The dedication and work ethic of our employees provides a solid foundation for our factory built homes. The first homes were built in 1965 from this facility, allowing this complex to grow with market demands. 

Commander designs each of our manufactured and modular homes to conserve energy, while providing you year-round comfort. The manufactured homes are engineered to meet specific climate zone requirements identified by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Modular homes are designed to meet or exceed specific provisions for thermal performance as established by the International Energy Conservation Code. Every Commander home design is computer tested to ensure it meets or exceeds efficiency codes before being built.
